Sustain Female Leadership

Sustain

Female Leadership

Helping organisations support their female talent to find a more manageable work-life balance

Work-life balance is the one challenge that remains constant, no matter what our working models look like.  At 61% the IPSOS 2021 Global Wellbeing Survey puts it at the top of employee wellbeing issues.  And we know that women opt out of senior leadership positions, or the workforce altogether, because of it.

Work-life balance issues impact:

  • Talent retention & development
  • Career progression
  • Employee wellbeing and authentic leadership
  • Gender equality targets

Organisational Solutions

At SUSTAIN we believe that a manageable work-life balance is integral to women’s professional success.  With more than 1 in 3 women considering career changes, avoiding promotions or leaving the workforce altogether, the potential organisational impact cannot be ignored.

Our organisational work-life balance solutions support:

    • HR and People Leaders to attract and retain female talent through holistic thinking on work-life balance
    • Women in the workplace to find practical and manageable ways to improve their work-life balance

We offer talks, workshops, leadership modules and individual coaching programs

We have taken everything we have learned from our decades of coaching and working with women in business  and channeled it into a framework designed exclusively to support female leadership and career progression.

Don’t lose your female talent through a lack of focus on what matters to them. Our frameworks take the whole picture of women’s lived experience into account and lets women develop and connect with their full potential as leaders in a way that doesn’t compromise their authentic selves.

Because unless we facilitate that, we will never get to where we need to be in terms of gender balance.

The SUSTAIN Program Directors

We created SUSTAIN because we knew something had to change in women’s leadership development. And because unless we start taking the real lived experience of women’s lives into account, we will never make the strides we need to make in terms of gender equality.
